Reclaimed calcium base gold-coated carpet

Parallel stripe baffles create multi-stage settling areas. Gold particles of different sizes are intercepted separately in grooves, greatly reducing the risk of fine gold being washed away by rapid water flow. Gold recovery rate reaches 94%–97%.

Made of thick solid natural rubber, it resists abrasion from sharp stones, gravel and rock fragments. No tearing or groove deformation under long-term heavy flushing, far more durable than PE mining grass and PVC coil mats in stony mining areas.

Wide, straight stripe grooves have smooth inner walls. Silt will not compact and block the cavities easily. The mat can run continuously for 2–3 days without frequent cleaning, cutting down labor downtime for large mining plants.

Integral molding without splicing gaps; rubber material stays flexible at sub-zero temperatures, no hardening or cracking in Siberian and cold mountain mining zones, ideal for Russian placer mines.

Thick solid rubber backing owns great weight and friction. No sliding, curling or shifting inside sluice boxes even under strong, fast water flow; no extra fixing strips required.

Flat open stripe design allows quick rinsing. Just flush with high-pressure water or flip to shake off all gold sediment; no residual gold trapped deep inside complex fibers.

Available in multiple stripe depths and mat thicknesses; can be cut into any length/width to fit small portable sluices or industrial large dredger troughs.
